IIBA® Chapter Support Day at BBC
Sessions will include not only Chapter Council updates and panel discussions, but also afternoon breakout sessions. The Chapter Support Day is predominantly geared towards Board Members of IIBA® Chapters.
The day will be broken into two parts:
Morning Session: The Chapter Value Proposition

The focus of this time will be on how to create more value for your chapter members, corporate community and other chapter stakeholders, and how to create a message that effectively communicates and markets your value proposition to these stakeholders.
Afternoon Session: Chapter Leadership

The afternoon will be centred around breakout sessions that will explore topics on chapter leadership such as engaging and motivating volunteers, finding the right board members, succession planning and the unique challenges that we are faced with in running a not for profit, volunteer organization.
