Using a Capability Based Approach to Business Analysis
This presentation will outline the structure IKEA has created to drive business analysis for our CRM programme, combining agile and traditional methods. Our ambition has been to create a clear handshake between orderer, business analyst and project/programme management, that apart from clarifying the scope also creates a clear linkage all the way from our vision down to individual requirements. The aim is both to present the different artefacts used but also the process driving the business analysis. We based this work on BABOK, TOGAF, PPS and MSP.
Angica will speak on how to manage dependencies, in the form of capabilities that are developed outside the program; how to create and drive change requests as well as make sure the development and testing is aligned with the overall progress to secure both dependencies and testing across the whole E2E solution.
