The Platinum Approach to Stakeholder Management: An Overview of Human Sigma

Human Sigma is a process approach and means of measuring and improving the quality of human interaction. It focuses on engaging and leveraging people’s emotional satisfaction to better support business objectives. This session explores how to apply Human Sigma practices when interacting with your project Stakeholders. By the end of this session, attendees will have discussed the five steps for converting Stakeholders into highly engaged project contributors resulting in more valuable business solutions.
Attendees will be able to:
- Describe how Human Sigma can be used during their interactions with project team members
- Incorporate the philosophy of Human Sigma into their personal work attitudes
- Construct a Human Sigma approach in preparation for Stakeholder interactions
Management of Technology from Georgia Tech. He is a contributing author to the book Coaching Perspectives 5. Clinton got into coaching after seeing the need for the role while working with business leaders and supporting their need for objective advice and counsel. With his primary experience being in entrepreneurially based technology companies, Clinton has been intimately involved in working with leadership of all levels of an organization and across all disciplines. Clinton understands the needs of organizations and his commission is to inspire and empower everyone he encounters to be their very best.
