Director, Requirements Development & Management

Linda Hebert has served as the Director, Requirements Development and Management (RDM) within Veterans Health Administration (VHA). As Director, Ms. Hebert provides strategic direction and operational guidance for government staff and contract resources responsible for documenting business requirements for VA's electronic health record. She works with clinical and business experts in the field, and technical experts within the Department of Veterans Affairs and with a variety of external business partners to elicit, document and validate business needs and requirements for IT projects. Ms. Hebert began her career in the VA as a registered nurse and has been working as a business analyst for the past 18 years. She is a member of several professional groups, including the IIBA and HIMSS.
