Senior Business Analysis Professional, Mana'olana International, LLC
A champion of process improvement and innovation, Jamie enjoys culture change challenges that utilize her strong background in business analysis, project management, knowledge management and IT. Her passion for business analysis clearly comes out during her teaching and consulting engagements under Mana'olana International, an organization consulting and educating the community and leadership on business analysis best practices. As well as her energy is abundant in the classroom of Hawai'i Pacific University where she teaches information systems. Her work with The Queen's Health System in Hawaii, allows her to enjoy working with business areas to define business needs through interactive and engaging facilitation approaches, identification of business requirements and the translation and scoping of the IT effort into valuable solutions. She currently sits as the President of the Hawaii IIBA Chapter. When not in the office you can find her on a surfboard.
