ABOUT THIS SESSION:
Should you put your customer, employee or "shareholder" first? Elevations Credit Union put process excellence first and went from having zero processes documented to winning the Colorado Performance Excellence award in only 18 months! Their journey transformed their culture and put them in a position to not have to choose between customer, employee or "shareholder" because in achieving process excellence they put each of them "first".
In this sit down conversation between Carla Wolfe, one of the main characters in this story, and Mihnea Galeteanu, Chief Storyteller at IBM, you will get an opportunity to:
Hear about the good, the bad and the ugly of their transformation
Understand the importance of building an organizational process view before documenting your very first process
What it will take for them to win the coveted National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award!
