ABOUT THIS SESSION:
Large insurance policies often require 500 to 15,000 Facts to be gathered before a solution can be structured and quoted. Traditional Fact gathering approaches lead to excessive cost, risk and time requirement for both fact gatherers and answer providers. The requirement to maintain multiple revisions of the Facts, to keep supporting documentation synchronized and to provide Fact access to multiple individuals further complicates the process. Based on real-world use cases we describe how to apply business rules to create Web based dynamic intelligent checklists that educate, validate and recommend while guiding the gathering of only but all required Facts.
