    ABOUT THIS SESSION:

Business Process Improvements including redesign for innovation require a methodical approach to ensure success.  Process improvement projects have some unique attributes that must be taken into account from the very beginning:  unlike other projects, the scope and outcomes are not clear at the start of the project, the process stakeholders may be cross-functional or cross-business units with conflicting agendas, business process architectures and maps may not be available for understanding the boundaries of the process in question.  Therefore, it is imperative that a facilitated approach using a proven methodology for process improvement must be utilized along with techniques of research, information gathering and group facilitation.

In this presentation you will be introduced to:

    • Proven methodology for business process improvement and types of facilitation interventions.
    • Framework for information gathering techniques and guidelines
    • Group facilitation methods, tools and required skills
    • Use of multiple intelligences in facilitation interventions
    • Hints and tips for success
