ABOUT THIS SESSION:
In the last few years, organizations around the world have begun to realize the need to improve the way they perform business analysis. In 2009, it is estimated that over $400 billion dollars was spent reworking IT systems to deal with errors in requirements. Good business analysis can reduce or even eliminate that cost, and ensure that organizations focus their efforts on work that adds value to their stakeholders.
In this interactive workshop participants will:
-
Understand the value delivered by business analysis
-
Assess their own individual competency and/or their organizations business analysis practices
-
Interpret the assessment results
-
Build a business case for BA improvement
-
Develop an action plan to implement change
This workshop will require some pre-work time to achieve the objectives above. Pre-work will be sent closer to the date.
