    Learn from the business architect and rule analyst that moved a large organization from a hodgepodge of business rule documents that included requirements, notes, rules and code to a single centralized business rules repository. We will highlight the challenges, triumphs and pitfalls a large organization faces while moving to a Natural Language rule methodology supported by a centralized business rule repository.

    Participants will leave with:

    • Lessons learned from a large case rule methodology overhaul.
    • Key steps to managing Organizational Change with respect to business rules.
    • A Model for a scaled rule governance process.


    ABOUT THE SPEAKER(s):

    As Business Architect at Unum, Emily Springer led the development and implementation of business rules methodology and governance for the corporation. She has solidified a strong partnership between the business rule authors and the rule development leadership team. Emily participates in several cross functional governance teams supporting rule development and data integration, as well as project methodology.
