ABOUT THIS SESSION:
There will be teams at every level of a process and business change initiative. At the Enterprise Level, Senior Managers and Process Owners come together as a team to align the initiative with Corporate Strategy. There are multiple teams working at the Process Level on analysis and redesign. Finally there is the Implementation Level where various IT and HR teams integrate the new processes and business solutions into the business. Intentional Team Building starts with a high level view of the teams involved and an evaluation of the different needs of teams and the levels of interdependency across them. With this we can begin to plan for building team effectiveness across the entire initiative. Intentional Team Building takes what we know about the relationships and incorporates plans to meet the needs of all teams.

For the past 25+ years, Vince has been an Organization Effectiveness Practitioner at Mars, Incorporated focused on finding ways to improve performance through effective team development processes. He has been the lead facilitator for the Mars Global Cocoa Sustainability Project and consultant to the Manufacturing Division.
