MAIN FOCUS OF PRESENTATION:

FAMILIARITY WITH SUBJECT:

    ABOUT THIS SESSION:

Business and IT are each charged with producing minimum project deliverables. They race to the finish line, often independent of each other, only to be plagued by gaps/conflicts during implementation.
This presentation outlines a successful collaboration: the business took the reins in vetting out its process and business rules for automation… while IT cheered them on!
    This presentation will:

    • Share how the business developed process and business rules
    • Expose the transgressions that propelled the business through the project with consequences both intended and not
    • Discuss, in detail, how the business deliverables morphed into use cases
