Alain Arseneault is a senior management professional with over 16 years of experience in both IT and business, establishing and managing PM/SDLC strategies, standards and practices covering various tenures in business analysis, project management and change management.
Prior to joining IIBA® as Acting, President and CEO in 2013, Alain was a volunteer with the organization for seven years. During this time, Alain was Chair of the Board, Vice-Chair of the Board; Chair of the Nominations Committee, and held several positions in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and communications.
Alain has been a member of various advisory forums on business analysis in Toronto, Canada.

Matthew Finlay is a technology events veteran, starting his trade show experience following a career in electronic publishing, with the first ever Internet tradeshow – Internet World, in 1994 and subsequently leading its European expansion. Gladys S.W. Lam is a world-renowned authority on applied business rule and decision techniques. Ronald G. Ross is Principal and Co-Founder of Business Rule Solutions, LLC(BRS), where he actively develops and applies the BABusinessSpeak™ methodology including RuleSpeak®, DecisionSpeak™, and ConceptSpeak™. Ron consults to companies worldwide through BRS.
Ron is recognized internationally as the “father of business rules.” He is the author of ten professional books including the groundbreaking first book on business rules The Business Rule Book in 1994. His newest are:

Ron has served as Chair of the annual International Business Rules & Decisions Forumconference since 1997, now part of the Building Business Capability (BBC) conference. He was a charter member of the Business Rules Group (BRG)in the 1980s, and an editor of its Business Motivation Model (BMM) standard and the Business Rules Manifesto. He is active in OMG standards development, with core involvement in SBVR. He was also a contributor to the IIBA’s BABOK v3.
Ron holds a BA from Rice University and an MS in information science from Illinois Institute of Technology.
