An Adventurer's Travelogue: The Journey to Business Architecture
Presented by: Kristin Schroeder
The transition to business architecture is an exciting journey; however, it’s a journey that can be fraught with peril unless carefully planned. In this presentation, Kristin Schroeder shares practical insights from her own journey to business architecture. With lessons learned in the trenches, Schroeder will present a framework to help business analysts navigate the transition from business analysis to enterprise business analysis and then to business architecture.
Similar to traveling, we’ll cover the journey from preparation (readiness) to planning (what, how, why) to arriving at the destination (execution). Schroeder will discuss skillsets, mindset, motives, culture and capabilities, change management, tools/deliverables, roles and responsibilities, processes, and traveling companions.
Are you ready to take a trip?
