Three Ways Business Analysts Lead their Organizations to Success
Presented by: Barbara Carkenord
Many of the traits and skills of great leaders are the same traits and skills that make great business analysts: listening carefully to stakeholder needs, digging to find the root cause of problems, and helping design solutions. Business analysis professionals can enhance and leverage their positions as leaders to drive organizational success. Come hear leadership stories, and learn how to capitalize on your leadership skills in three key areas of business analysis: advocating for stakeholders, decision making, and helping your organization avoid mistakes.
- Recognize the similarities between strong leaders and strong analysts
- Capitalize on your analytical strengths by advocating for stakeholders
- Contribute to rationale organization decision making
- Be courageous and lead the prevention of corporate mistakes
