Michael Peters is the founder and Managing Director of the Whitespace Consulting Group. He has over 25 years experience in managing professional services, sales, marketing, and market research functions within the high technology industry. Throughout his career, Mike has designed, built, and managed successful sales and marketing organizations. He has consulted for corporations in the areas of sales process improvement, differentiation and value messaging, segmentation, sales compensation, pricing architecture, large account management, competitive analysis, and market research. Prior to founding Whitespace Consulting, Mike held several senior-level sales and marketing positions throughout the industry. As the Americas Marketing and Sales Partner for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Mike was responsible for design and implementation of a direct sales force model for the consulting organization. Mike has also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a global firm.
