ABOUT THIS SESSION:
"Deliver value to customers" is a mantra in a lot of Organizations today. From the strategic level to operational level it is reflected in sayings, posters, reports, projects and so on.
Is everyone saying the same thing when "value" is mentioned? Are these messages aligned? Is it really possible to think about delivering value from top level all the way down to the operational level?
Considering that "value is perceived by the customer every time a need or expectation is fulfilled", this presentation will show a framework to express value and implement value delivering involving all levels using and aligning well known instruments like Mission, Vision, Value Proposition, Objectives, Processes and others.
