Chief Executive Officer, Zachman International

The first question is, independent of how good the product or service happens to be, how do enterprises achieve business excellence?   The second question is, which of the 172 plausible definitions for Business Architecture is the relevant one? The third question is, how does Business Architecture (whatever that is) have anything to do with achieving Business Excellence (however it is achieved)?

    • Business Excellence – how it is achieved
    • Business Architecture – the relevant definition
    • The relationship between Business Architecture and achievng Business Excellence.
