ABOUT THIS SESSION:
It is necessary to integrate business rules and business process models to produce “good” business models.
If you don’t stop with a loose reference between rules and process model elements you have to think about different aspects of the integration:
Which elements and views are aligned?
How can integrated models be developed systematically?
In the result you have to rethink some widely accepted techniques for business modeling.
The presentation gives an overview about a project to integrate rule models and process models and discusses an approach for developing such integrated models.
