ABOUT THIS SESSION:
As a customer or consumer have you been a victim of a really bad process? Maybe the service provider did not understand you. Maybe no one seemed to care. Maybe you felt like a ping pong ball being bounced or smashed all over the organization. Maybe your needs got outsourced and you got dropped. Whatever the problem we have all experienced the situation whereby you were the only one trying to reach a successful end and perhaps have since sworn off the organization that was supposed to help you and they are still unaware of it.
This fun lunchtime session will ask you to grab a lunch and sit down with us to walk through yours and other people's painful experiences where the process just said NO to you. We will select a handful of cases from the floor and discuss at our lunch tables. There will be prizes from the conference sponsors and sympathy from your peers.
